Salon Alora’s primary concern is complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact the salon within 7 days of your date of service.
Please contact the salon 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may be unable to honor your booking on our busy days. You may have to reschedule, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
Retail products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, we will happily offer an exchange for credit towards a different product.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks. Cash gratuity preferred.
